We’re growing and seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Mechanic / Installer / Serviceman to join our NYC team. What You’ll Do Complete commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation to company quality standards and job specifications. Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures. Read and interpret wiring schematics, drawings, specifications, and product data. Communicate clearly with customers; provide technical guidance and regular status updates. Plan work, coordinate materials, and close out documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. What You Bring 5+ years commercial HVAC service & installation experience. Strong refrigeration knowledge; EPA 608 Universal (charging / recovery) required. Proven troubleshooting ability (mechanical & electrical). Skilled in brazing, silver solder, phos-copper / soft solder, electrical wiring. Ability to safely use tools, ladders, and follow site safety protocols. Working knowledge of boilers, burners, and hydronic / hot water systems. Professional, customer-focused communication and demeanor. Valid New York driver’s license (clean MVR preferred). Reliable, punctual, organized, detail-oriented; pride in workmanship. Self-motivated and effective both independently and on a team. Neat, professional attire on job sites.
