This management team would lead and manage all school staff in upholding Aqua-Tots Swim Schools core values and brand standards to provide customers with consistent, quality swimming lessons that adhere to the Aqua-Tots curriculum standards and provide excellent customer service in a safe and welcoming environment. Become Water Safety Instructor certified to be well rounded in Aqua-Tots businessProvide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with potential and existing customers while building relationships with familiesProvide information about our facility, swim program, mission, and core valuesBecome comfortable navigating our Point-of-Sale and CRM platformsEnsure facility safety and cleanlinessManage daily school operations for provide efficiencies, revenue growth, and retention of customers and staffHandle customer complaints gracefully by using customer-focused principles in every customer interactionSupervise / plan / anticipate staff scheduling and needsInterviewing / hiring / training / evaluating / discipline / firing of staffLead monthly in-service trainings for the teamOther duties as assignedFor questions and inquiries please contact our talent acquisition team at JoinThayersTots@aqua -tots.com
