Position Summary :
The Target Merchandise Specialist supports your categories for in-store and online channels, providing key executional support to both Conair and Target teams. The role is integral to new item setup and to maintaining item and vendor data across many SKUs. Proactive processes and communication to support NAM and Inventory Analyst on item integrity and online product page content. Help coordinate samples and solve problems with our supply chain partners to ensure successful product flow through our network.
Responsibilities :
- New Item Set Up & Ongoing Maintenance : accurate item details entered prior to entering into Target Launch Pad, PCN, IMN systems.
- Online Item Product Pages : ensuring long copy, images, & set up correct prior to launch.
- Vendor Order Point : linking & updating weekly changes for DC availability to ensure order fulfillment.
- Support to the Business Unit : Item assortment grids, POG change recaps, seasonal summaries of marketplace and Target endcaps.
- Chargeback review : monthly assessment on late charges or fill rate; provide feedback and data to minimize corporate charges & funding.
- Submission of testing & WERCs forms in timely manner, and any other factory or import information.
- Sample Management : POG set up in office, prep for POG building to Category Manager, submission to Target Studio for images & dimensions, Line Review preparation.

Target POL system expertise, including VIQ POS reporting, Item set up in IMN & Launchpad.Expertise in Excel, Pivot Tables.Environmental Factors :
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.Must be able to sit for extended periods of timeMust be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of timeMust be able to travel domestically and internationally for business if neededThis is an in-office role 3 / days per week.What we offer :
