FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fulfill our Roofing Project Executive position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.
Job Summary : The Roofing Project Executive will oversee commercial and residential roofing projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. They will work closely with clients, subcontractors, crews, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities : ( Included but not limited to)
Make decisions using the 5 values of FMM as your guide : Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, Safety, and VersatilityManage all phases of roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeoutConduct site visits to assess job requirements, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectationsPrepare and review estimates, contracts, and change ordersEnsure client contract compliance is upheldCoordinate material orders, equipment, and labor to meet project deadlinesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptlySupervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring work meets specifications and building codesTrack and report on project progress, costs, and timelines to managementEnforce safety regulations and company policies on all job sitesResolve issues or delays that may impact project deliveryRequired Skills and Abilities :
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Supervisor in the roofing industryStrong knowledge of roofing systems, installation techniques, building codes, and safety regulationsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for client and crew interactionsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and contractsProficiency with construction software, Microsoft, and job-tracking toolsAbility to travel to job sitesPhysical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a timeAbility to pass a Fit for Duty ScreeningBenefits :
