A company is looking for a Principal Sales Engineer to drive technology exploratory stages of the sales process and serve as a technical advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the technology exploratory stages of the sales process and act as a technical leader
Showcase the flexibility of the platform to meet unique client needs and provide technical support to the sales team
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product, and Engineering to enhance the pre-sales experience and onboard new resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 8+ years of experience in a related field, such as Sr Sales / Solution Engineer or Solutions Architect in SaaS
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Javascript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and PHP (Smarty is a plus)
Experience in presenting compelling platform demonstrations and delivering business value presentations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to take detailed notes and transfer knowledge effectively
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and connect with prospects at all levels
