Job descriptionOversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and productivity management Ensure compliance with hospital policies and behavioral health care standards Provide education and ongoing staff development Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Program Director to maintain quality standards Monitor patient care quality and safety Serve as a clinical leader, mentor, and advocate for patients and staff Assist in crisis intervention and stabilization efforts Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia or compact state BSN or MSN strongly preferred (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of inpatient acute care behavioral health experience Previous leadership experience (e.g., Supervisor, Coordinator, Manager) Adolescent psychiatric experience required BLS and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (within 30 days of hire) Competitive Salary : Earn $90K - $105K based on experience Generous Bonuses : Up to $25K sign-on bonus and $10K relocation assistance Career Growth : Lead a dedicated adolescent behavioral health team Work-Life Balance : Full-time, day shift with no weekends Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and moreHow to Apply
