Position Overview :

EHC is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Off-Road Dump Truck Operator / Laborer to join our field crew. This dual-role position involves operating an off-road dump truck to transport materials around construction sites, as well as performing general labor duties to support the site development team as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy construction equipment, be adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Dump Truck Operation :

• Operate off-road dump trucks to transport and unload fill dirt, aggregates, or other materials within job sites.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance on the vehicle.
• Safely maneuver truck in tight spaces and around heavy equipment and personnel.
• Follow instructions from foremen and adhere to site-specific traffic control plans.
• Communicate with spotters and other crew members to ensure safe dumping and loading operations.

Laborer Duties :

Requirements :

Qualifications & Requirements :

At least 2+ year of experience operating off-road or articulated dump trucks preferred.

Ability to safely operate and inspect heavy equipment.

Able to lift 20+ lbs, stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and work in uneven terrain.
