The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Space Utilization Analyst. The Space Utilization Analyst is responsible for initiating, managing, and executing long-range facilities planning and construction programs for the Army Reserve. This position ensures alignment with strategic objectives and oversees all aspects of Real Property Master Planning (RPMP), stationing, space utilization, and capital investment strategies within the Regional Directorate (RD).

Qualifications
