Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Experienced Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of litigation experience, including bench and jury trials. The individual will be responsible for handling various litigation tasks including preparing and filing motions, conducting trials and depositions, and representing clients in courts. This hybrid role is based in Nashville, TN, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven track record with trials and depositions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Tennessee State Bar
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in litigation
