Level 1 : Estimated hourly base pay : $21.63 (minimum) - $27.88 (midpoint) - $34.62 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

Level 2 : Estimated hourly base pay : $25.00 (minimum) - $32.21 (midpoint) - $39.90 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

Woodward is hiring a CMM Operator to support our Fuel Metering Unit department at our Rock Cut Campus. This position is on 2nd shift Monday through Thursday 3 : 25pm 1 : 55am. If you have previous CMM and / or CNC setup and operations experience apply today!

Level 1 :

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct Measurements : Utilizes calibrated instruments to perform precise measurements following standard operating procedures.

Maintain Equipment : Cleans calibrates and performs routine maintenance on metrology tools to ensure optimal functionality.

Record Data : Accurately documents measurement results and maintains detailed logs in compliance with quality guidelines.

Ensure Quality Compliance : Adheres to established quality standards and procedures to maintain measurement integrity and reliability.

Collaborate with Team Members : Communicates technical information and measurement findings effectively to support team objectives.

Key Skills :

Measurement Techniques : Proficient in using precision measurement instruments for dimensional analysis.

Standard Operating Procedures : Ability to follow established protocols and guidelines accurately.

Additional Requirements :

Moderate physical activity requires agility and dexterity including walking standing or bending; and lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds. Note : Some product lines have heavier lifting requirements due to product type. Ability to stand for entire shift. Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions such as wearing protective clothing or gear. May be required to pass Near vision and / or Color vision examinations

Successful Candidates Typically Have :

1 or more years of experience in CMM setup and operations

1 or more years of proficiency with reading and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

1 or more years of experience with CNC machine setup and operations
