Our Client is seeking a motivated professional to work as a Direct Support Professional in the Newark area.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

  • Provide supportive services for children receiving Transitional Living Services in various locations including residential shelters, detention, day / community services or the child's home
  • Fill in as assigned for any aide-level position in Residential services
  • Document all activities specific to shift or service activity
  • Ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environment in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations, and generally accepted practices

CLIENT'S HOURS

  • Monday-Friday from 8 : 00am-3 : 00pm

    • CLIENT'S REQUIRED AND EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Willingness and ability to provide direct care and supportive services as needed
  • Valid Driver's License
  • CPR / First Aid Certification
  • TB Required
  • MANDT (preferred)
  • LLAM Certified (preferred)
  • Crisis Prevention Institute Certification (preferred)
