Job Description

• SDWAN is MANDATORY.
• This role involves overseeing the complete product lifecycle of SDWAN-G and SDWAN-D, including ordering, provisioning, onboarding, and operations.
• This role involves work with multiple clouds and collaboration with various teams, including engineering operations, to secure controllers and services for Catalyst SD-WAN.
• This role includes continuous assessment and improvement of security posture, implementation of effective security monitoring system, and collaboration on security control and reporting automation.
• In this role, you will be responsible for active security monitoring of both commercial and U.S. Federal environments, participating in the vulnerability management program, participating in and leading risk analysis of findings, and ensuring the SecOps team operates at maximum efficiency globally.
• In this role, you will be directly responsible for operation of federal & defense customer environments including patching, upgrading, customer and on-call support, as well as the complete lifecycle of the federal / defense product including ordering, provisioning, on-boarding and operations.
• In this role, you will be directly responsible for managing the operation of SDWAN-G and SDWAN-D customer environments, encompassing patching, upgrading, customer and on-call support.
