Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Unit Assembler to join our 1st shift team in Norman, United States. As a vital member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate assembly of various components and products, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently.
Assemble units and components according to detailed specifications and instructionsRead and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and work ordersOperate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficientlyPerform quality checks to ensure assembled units meet required standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesReport any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptlyAdhere to all safety protocols and proceduresParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processesQualifications
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprintsBasic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensionsProficiency in using hand tools and power toolsKnowledge of quality control procedures and exceptional attention to detailPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsPrevious experience in assembly or manufacturing preferredExperience working in a fast-paced production environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsCommitment to workplace safety and efficiencyAbility to work 1st shift hoursWillingness to work on-site in Norman, United StatesAdditional Information
