Food Quality Technician

This position supports quality and food safety initiatives at the plant. Responsibilities include leading the sensory program, managing quality notifications and holds, conducting inspections and audits, and coordinating pathogen testing. The role requires strong communication skills, learning agility, and a collaborative mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Rework paperwork and hold report management
• SAP entries for defective materials
• Sensory program leadership and documentation
• Micro / allergen testing coordination
• Allergen inspection and documentation
• HACCP and food safety audits
• Receiving inspections and carton approvals
• FSRA internal inspections
• Sampling for various departments
• Foreign material risk assessment support
• Regulatory compliance (GMPs, HACCP, Allergen, Organic)
• Packaging series audits
• Vendor equipment calibration support
• Risk Management Program support
• OPL creation and revision
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
