At Pelletier & Leo , we blend accounting expertise with innovative technology to help businesses run smarter. We're looking for a Sage Intacct Implementation Manager who's passionate about streamlining systems, leading projects, and empowering clients to modernize how they work.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and design tailored Sage Intacct implementation plans
  • Lead client projects from start to finish managing timelines, communication, and successful delivery
  • Analyze and optimize existing accounting workflows, recommending practical, tech-driven improvements
  • Coordinate multiple projects while working closely with our accounting and advisory teams
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, expertise, and great communication

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of project management experience with ERP or software implementations (ideally in professional services or consulting)
  • 3+ years of accounting experience with system implementation or technology support
  • CPA certification (required)
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (intermediate to advanced)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once
  • Confident communicator who thrives in client-facing roles

  • Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
