The Cardiology Director will oversee critical non-invasive diagnostic servicesEcho, Nuclear, Stress Testing, and PET-CTacross a premier system that includes the highly-acclaimed Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center, Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis, and multiple outpatient locations. Responsibilities

Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for the assigned clinical program.

Responsibilities :

• Develop departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the objectives of the organization.
• Direct all activities related to staffing including hiring, training, development and evaluation of staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems / performance measures.
• Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve and / or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines
