A company is looking for a PACS Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Merge PACS environment, including system configuration and user account management
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT and vendors
Manage DICOM interfaces and support after-hours on-call coverage for critical system failures
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Information Systems, Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
3+ to 7+ years of experience in PACS administration or imaging informatics in a healthcare environment
Demonstrated experience with Merge PACS configuration and troubleshooting
Familiarity with DICOM standards, HL7 messaging, and imaging system integration
Certifications such as CIIP or vendor-specific credentials are a plus
