The Benefits Partner - Financial and Well-being position adds value to Velera through the analysis, administration, and communication of all employee Financial and wellness programs. The Benefits Partner-Financial and Well-Being will support 401(k) retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, paid time off plans, leaves, wellness programs, executive benefits, and tuition reimbursement, and consult employees on benefits help tickets.

Pay Equity
Velera is committed to pay equity and a competitive benefits package. The hiring amount for this position based on relevant experience and internal equity; the pay range is :
$56,600.00
to
$75,000.00
In addition this position is eligible for an incentive plan, based on performance.
