Your responsibilities :
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for IT & tech consulting
- Sourcing & headhunting top candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, other platforms
- Interviewing candidates, assessing their technical and soft skills
- Collaborating with hiring managers & sales teams to understand hiring needs
- Managing our ATS (Zoho Recruit) & candidate pipelines
