Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Process Manager to join their team. As a Process Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Jackson, MO

Pay Range : $40 / h + benefits

What's the Job?

• Oversee designing, optimizing, and implementing operational processes and improvements
• Implement solutions focused on creating efficiency and scalability through technology and automation
• Design and prioritize technical operations roadmaps to enhance existing processes or develop new capabilities
• Lead cross-functional collaboration on problem definition, technical design, and scoping to build effective solutions
• Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions, identify risks, and resolve escalations through investigation and analysis
