Schedule : Monday-Friday, 11 : 00 a.m. - 07 : 00 p.m.

Job Description :

Willis Knighton North Hospitality Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have extensive knowledge of medications and disease processes to effectively address patient questions and concerns. This is a new Hospitality Center at WKN that will process discharges and provide post-discharge care for patients that have been newly discharged.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on customer service.
• Address patient questions regarding medications and disease processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
