Service Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber to join our growing team.The Service Plumber will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for commercial and / or residential clients. This role requires strong technical skills, customer service ability, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities :

Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide plumbing solutions to customers.

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, drains, and water heaters.

Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues to determine effective repair methods.

Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on plumbing systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Provide accurate estimates for repairs and replacements when required.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in proper working condition.

Adhere to all safety procedures, building codes, and regulations.

Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repairs, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Complete work orders, service reports, and other required documentation accurately.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.

Journeyman or Master Plumber license (as required by state / local regulations).

3+ years of plumbing service experience preferred.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various environments.
