Using Your Skills You Will
Assist the General Manager in overseeing and developing strategies to achieve the store's financial and guest service goals while addressing the store's challengesCoach and strengthen Shift Leads and CrewServe as a resource : store operations, staffing, company policies and procedures, and resolving key guest issuesResponsibilities Include (partial list) :
Able to perform all duties of restaurant team membersEnsure that the store is meeting operational and food safety standardsDeliver outstanding hospitality, guest service, and provide problem resolutionEnsures that the restaurant correctly executes new products and processes in a marketing windowDeliver consistent execution of systems and processesEnsures a safe, secure, sanitary, and "like new" environmentAssist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development of crew membersAssist with training, motivating, and coaching a high performing teamWe'd Love to Hear from People Who Have :
Experience in the restaurant industry or related industry, quick service and drive thru experience is a plusExcellent communication skills with ability to connect with and motivate team membersSome prior experience training and coaching a teamWillingness to learn and embrace change in a fast-paced environmentA team player that has a great attitude, a desire to learn, works well with others, is honest, and has integrityRequirements :
