• Provide direct patient care in alignment with individualized care plans.\n
• Monitor patient behaviors, vital signs, and responses to treatments.\n
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement care plans.\n
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to understand their comprehensive needs.\n
• Celebrate patient victories and progress throughout their care journey.\n\nQualifications\n
• Current LPN / LVN licensure as required by state regulations.\n
• CPR certification.\n
• Preferred : One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.\n
