Job Description

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the New York, New Jersey, and PA area. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services. Analyze market trends to identify potential growth opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have : Proven experience in sales or business development within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. Background selling Sheet Metal Fabrication Services ideally into Medical Device, Aerospace and Defense, Automotive. Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans. Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
