Must-Have : Charge experience preferred

Description :

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units.

This position requires float duties, including house supervisor responsibilities.

Every other holiday coverage is required; holiday requests off will not be accepted.

The candidate must be willing to complete necessary training for house supervisor coverage on weekends.

Barcode scanning performance must be 95% or above to be eligible for contract extension; lower performance may result in contract cancellation.

First-time travelers are not accepted for this position.

Applied clinical skills include management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction, arterial line management, and procedural sedation monitoring.

Experience with emergency department care for diverse patient age groups is essential.

The registration processes require completion of compliance and credentialing tasks within specified time frames.

Candidates should possess strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills necessary for emergency situations.

Successful candidates will demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn various roles, including house supervisor duties.
