DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 5+ years of experience as a water restoration tech
• Possess IICRC WRT, IICRC AMRT, and IICRC ASD certifications
• Valid driver's license
• Self-motivated
• Customer-facing experience is preferred

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR

As a full-time Water Restoration Technician - Manager, you approach each situation with a solutions-oriented mindset, ready to tackle challenges head-on. You initiate the customer onboarding process with empathy and clear communication, then meticulously create a detailed drying plan tailored to each unique scenario. Your day often involves skilled demolition, followed by the precise setup and monitoring of equipment necessary to ensure optimal drying conditions. You meticulously document drying progress, ensuring every detail is recorded, all while navigating unforeseen circumstances with grace and professionalism, leaving clients confident and satisfied with your expert touch.

Schedule : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm, with overtime available
