Job Description Summary :

Provides leadership and direction to assigned group within established objectives and policies. Ensures coordinated working relationships among staff physicians and other Ambulatory Surgery Center and hospital departments through the alignment of resources with patient / customers and staff needs. Promotes Service Excellence to improve patient care and customer service. Solves problems and make decisions using a consensus-based solution that serves the patient / customer physicians and staff. Secures the organizations long-term ability to serve. Recruits the most qualified personnel to serve our patients / customers.

Job Requirements Prerequisites and Essential Functions :

EDUCATION

• Sufficient education to obtain a valid California RN license
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program or related field required; concentration in Perioperative Nursing preferred
• Masters Degree preferred

Compensation :

The posted pay range complies with applicable law and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Individual pay is set by skills experience qualifications and internal / market equity consistent with MarinHealths compensation philosophy.
