Overnight Valet Attendant

Job Types : Part-time

Schedule

Saturdays only 10pm-6am, must have previous valet experience

Salary : $17.00 per hour

Summary

As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first impression the guest sees, feel and will judge you on the professionalism you provide. One must assist our guests with Love + Aloha in all related functions and maintain a high standard of service and hospitality.

Prerequisites

Driving experience, Hospitality experience, or F&B experience

Positive and cheerful attitude, pleasant personality, enjoys meeting people from all over the world and enjoys helping others.

Ownership of the vehicles and reporting of existing dents or scratches and reporting any new damage to vehicles

Essential Functions

Welcome guests to the hotel in a warm and professional manner with smiles and respect.

Assist guests with unloading and loading their vehicles.

Instruct guests on proper procedures for retrieving their vehicle.

Consistent and dependable attendance will be vital for this position and will be monitored daily.

Take ownership of the guest experience and deliver a personalized and memorable experience to each of our guests.

Delivery anticipatory service by seeking to understand the guests’ needs.

Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, activities, taxi, shuttles, wake-up calls, etc.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.

Must be able to lift 10- 50 lbs.

You must be able to use a bell cart full of luggage or other guest items.

Must be comfortable with the repetitive motion of getting into and out of vehicles.

Must be able to move quickly throughout the entirety of the 8-hour shift as business demands.

Must be able to physically walk / run up and down both parking ramps and stairs.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.

Clean driving record.

Ability to drive, automatic, and Tesla’s.
