Work Environment : Practice hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m., with no weekends or holidays, providing an optimal work-life balance for the physician. The flexible full-time schedule includes 36 patient hours and 4 hours of administrative time to enhance productivity. Weekday call responsibilities are shared among the physicians on a 1 : 6 rotation, fostering teamwork and collaboration. The average outpatient volume is maintained at a manageable 15 - 18 patients per day, ensuring personalized and attentive patient care.
