    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Rate : Daily OT after 12 hours (based on differential); Weekly OT after 168 hours (based on fixed)
  • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Emergency medicine procedures consistent with ED practice
  • Stroke education (4 hours annually)
  • Trauma education (9 hours annually; 27 hours total in 3-year survey period)
  • Required life support certifications per service line

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Texas Medical License
  • Board : Board Certified preferred, Board Eligible accepted (confirmation of test date required)
  • DEA : Active DEA with Texas address
  • Certifications : ACLS, PALS, immunization compliance (Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Flu, TB with QuantiFERON or 2-step test)
  • Experience : Case logs from the past 24 months
  • Other Qualifications : Completed application, updated CV, government photo ID, DD214 (if military), education and training verification, ECFMG (if applicable), three peer references, chest X-ray if TB positive with questionnaire, CME logs (past 24 months)
