Data Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Data Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team providing technical support for enterprise data and analytics systems

Manage incident response and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs

Oversee data system maintenance, monitoring, and performance optimization for data quality and reliability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field

5-8 years of experience in data operations, support, or technical leadership roles

Proficient in BI and data integration tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory

Skilled with SQL / NoSQL databases, ETL workflows, and modern data warehouse technologies

Experience with cloud data platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
