Join the team that supports the Chair, President, and CEO of Allstate in communicating with key audiences-from employees and agents to opinion leaders and consumers. As a CEO Stakeholder Relations Intern, you'll help craft impactful messaging, support high-profile events, and contribute to strategies that strengthen Allstate's reputation and culture.

What You'll Do

• Support Executive Communications : Help develop briefing materials and messaging for CEO engagements across internal and external audiences.
• Plan & Execute Events : Assist in organizing virtual and in-person CEO events, ensuring smooth logistics and meaningful experiences.
• Draft Strategic Content : Create communications of moderate complexity that reflect the CEO's voice and Allstate's values.
• Build Relationships : Collaborate across teams and serve as a liaison between departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Champion Culture & Change : Contribute to communication strategies that promote an inclusive, purpose-driven culture.
• Protect Reputation : Understand reputational impact and help shape messaging that builds trust and credibility.
