  • , you will be an integral part of the Marketing engine, to distill, coordinate, shape and amplify Rimini Street’s story of differentiated services, products and solutions that bring extraordinary value to the market and solves complex business challenges. You will take part in creating the building blocks of, brainstorming, editing and developing key content across the globe. This role reports directly to the VP of Global Brand, Content and Communications and is a tremendous opportunity to make a significant, direct impact on the success of Rimini Street’s aggressive growth objectives, expand our community voice, and amplify our message delivered on a global stage.Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of successfully working with a variety of stakeholders and will collaborate with thought leaders, content creators, campaigns team, product marketing and other teams across Rimini Street, as well as external PR agencies, to produce content that is effective, memorable and dynamic. Candidates must also have a strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and how to tap into content that will resonate with each stage. A working knowledge of metrics will be required to utilize data to develop and optimize content strategies and executions.In this role you will work with the Brand Experience team to deliver powerful content (blog posts, eBooks, white papers, webinars, social, video, email, and more). This member of the marketing team will be a self-driven individual with experience across a diverse set of capabilities including public relations, content marketing, creative, project management, brand development, digital marketing, B2B marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to gather information and understand content needs – synthesizing complex technologies, products and market challenges into clear, succinct and interesting stories that keep audiences engaged and educated
  • Partner with the Brand Experience, Product, Client Engagement, Communications, Executive and Campaigns team to develop and optimize full funnel content that aligns with our guidelines and goals for brand awareness and demand generation
  • Concept, write, and edit copy across range of digital mediums including web pages, social media, email, display and search ads, blogs with compelling copy that drives action
  • Translate internal strategic contexts into external-facing content across multiple channels
  • Guide the creation of audience-centric, high-quality, and scalable content marketing assets that support marketing strategy, as well as other marketing programs and tactics
  • Help maintain a comprehensive, strategic Content Marketing and Editorial Calendar
  • Develop new and novel ways to tell stories and articulate Rimini Street’s vision with strength, clarity and impact
  • Embrace and promote a strategy that supports the Rimini Street brand, our brand platform, brand architecture, messaging / positioning frameworks, and voice and tone
  • Support consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual expressions across corporate and product communications
  • Collaborate with PR, AR, social media, creative, thought leadership, product marketing, demand generation, and client marketing to guide key efforts and campaigns
  • Work in close collaboration with Integrated Marketing and Digital team to translate GTM strategy and messaging into high-impact promotional assets and web pages
  • Experience and understanding of how to use performance data to assess and optimize the effectiveness of copy
  • Possesses strong project management skills and is highly organized with a relentless determination to meet deadlines with highest quality

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree; BA / BS or higher degree in marketing, journalism, or relevant communication discipline
  • Experience
  • 5+ years of content marketing / marketing communications in B2B or B2C
  • Qualification & Skills
  • Software / services industry experience a plus; B-to-B required
  • Background in services product marketing desired
  • Content creation skills, including writing / editing, visual / design acumen, brand-building idea generation
  • Experience with web-based storytelling, including familiarity with content management systems
  • A proven ability to create content that engages a variety of audiences
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and marketing metrics
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, and can be equally effective in both formal and informal settings with clients, peers, vendors, and business partners
  • Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
  • Ability to support the development of communications strategies, propositions and messaging based on rigorous insight
  • Proven track record in creating strategic marketing campaigns and programs that generate results
  • Solid, demonstrable experience in guiding the creation of successful corporate campaigns across all channels
  • Highly self-motivated with experience championing a vision for the team and driving towards goals
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to projects; leadership of multiple projects
  • Proactive and outgoing with a get-it-done attitude
