Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in the commercial mechanical contracting industry, with a strong background in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple commercial mechanical projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review project designs, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to engineers, supervisors, and field personnel.
• Monitor project performance, implement corrective actions as needed, and maintain quality control standards.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are adhered to on job sites.
• Drive business relationships and maintain client satisfaction to support ongoing and future projects.
