Quality control position available in Midlothian, Tx. Must have experience inspecting food products.

6a-3 : 30pm M-Th OVERTIME Fri and Saturdays 5a-12 : 30pm

• Works with production personnel to ensure cleanliness / sanitation of production equipment prior to production startup.
• Selects products for tests as specified stages in production process, and tests products for a variety of qualities such as moisture, pH, organoleptic attributes, etc.
• Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
• Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
• Crossed trained in other departments.
• Oversees Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and reports any infractions

At least one year of relevant experience in food inspecting position.

Bilingual a plus!
