Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Systems Administrator (Windows) to provide operational leadership and technical expertise across classified and unclassified environments. This role is critical to ensuring the availability, security, resiliency, and optimization of IT infrastructure that supports customer and mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Infrastructure Support

• Lead the full lifecycle of IT support, including design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and cybersecurity.
• Manage IT infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability, resiliency, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Provide hands-on support for system administration, data management, Help Desk functions, hardware / software configuration, and end-user support.
• Oversee change management, incident / problem management, and configuration management (CfM).

Required Qualifications

Experience :

System backup and recovery

Clearance : Active Top Secret clearance .

Certification : IAT II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, Security+CE, etc.).

Preferred : Education : Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
