Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a full-time Special Education Teacher in an elementary school setting, specializing in early childhood special education (ECSE). This contract position runs from January 5 through April 24, 2026, and is located in Longmont, Colorado.
Key responsibilities include managing both AM and PM preschool classrooms, each serving 18 students, with a caseload of approximately 9 to 11 students requiring ECSE services. The role involves comprehensive lesson planning and case managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while applying knowledge of Colorados IEP forms and compliance standards.
Qualifications and desired experience :
This position requires full-time onsite presence at an elementary school within the Boulder Valley School District. Candidates should be prepared for interviews occurring after December 1st.
