Sr. ServiceNow Platform Engineer I (6222)

As Sr. ServiceNow Platform Engineer I youll have extensive experience managing the ServiceNow platform and will be responsible for spearheading configuration management troubleshooting application development and streamlining integration with other systems.

What youll do :

• Youll create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation plus load manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
• Youll effectively with ServiceNow users and Stakeholders to develop solutions and execute changes
• Youll work with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed
• Youll analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap
• Youll work with the program management team to develop Service Level Agreement reporting
• Youll work with the PowerBi Developer to streamline and automate dashboard reporting
• Youll train colleagues on effective use of ServiceNow
• You will support both on-premises and cloud hosted enterprise applications.

What youll need to succeed :

SALARY RANGE : $138000 - $152000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including :
