Job Title

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Manage workload of assigned teams to ensure requirements are in place timely and in accordance with laws, rules, and policies.
• Participate in developing policies and procedures within the Procure to Pay process.
• Oversee processing of hosted Agency grant contracts and associated transactions.
• Tracking and analyzing procurement activities and developing reports and key performance indicators.
• Act as liaison with agency and hosted agency staff regarding their procurement requirements.
• Act as liaison with senior staff and control agencies regarding processes and approvals.
• Assisting management in development and implementation of policies, procedures and templates related to procurement.

Minimum Qualifications

Current New York State employee with one year or more of qualifying permanent service in a position allocated to a Grade 25 or above and eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 or 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.
