Job Title : Physical Therapist PT / DPT

Compensation : $50.00 - $120.00 per visit

Benefits : Full Benefits Package including Employer contributions towards medical insurance plans, Employer-paid dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance options, Up to 3 weeks of annual PTO accrual, 6 paid holidays, Mileage and cell phone reimbursement, Structured training and preceptorship program

Position Summary : Home Health Care Inc. is seeking Physical Therapists looking for autonomy and variety to join our therapy team and help clients throughout the Twin Cities Metro area! Design functional treatment plans for clients in their home environments, building interpersonal connections with those you care for, by helping clients achieve their goals to remain healthy at home.
