Cross Country Locums is seeking a BC / BE Nephrologist for a locums assignment in beautiful Northern Michigan. Travel, lodging, and malpractice are being offered for this role in addition to hourly pay. Please see below for more details :

• ASAP - Ongoing
• 7 days of hospital service 2 weeks clinic 8a-5p. Beeper call
• Inpatient and outpatient
• Scope of Work :
• No admits, hospitalist do that
• There can be a week off in between if not available for 3 weeks concurrent.
• Call is consultative ONLY.
• When on hospital service 14-16 patients per day.
• Clinic is 12-14 patients per day.
• The nephrology service is consultative only and does not admit primarily. Rounds are from 8 am to 5 pm with hospitalists taking first call after 5 pm with nephrologist available for backup.
• Active MI license, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, Fellowship preferred.
• EMR : Athena
• Paid Malpractice, travel, and lodging!
