We’re looking for an Industrial Wastewater Operator in San Antonio, TX to safely operate and maintain treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with permit limits and supporting production processes that impact the communities we serve. Treatment includes pH adjustment, metals precipitation, clarification, and filtration per the City of San Antonio’s POTW discharge permit.

The starting pay is $25.00-$28.00 per hour depending on experience and if a Wastewater Operator License is held. Candidates with enough industry experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate.

Schedule : This is a full-time role with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and participation in a 24-hour emergency call-out rotation. We have openings on the first shift (6 : 00am-2 : 00pm) and the second shift (11 : 00am-7 : 00pm).
