Addison Group is hiring a Research Assistant on behalf of a respected organization advancing health research and policy initiatives. This position supports ongoing research and evaluation efforts through data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Job Description : The Research Assistant will provide hands-on support for multiple research projects, contributing to data analysis, literature reviews, and report development. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational background in research methods, statistical tools, and an interest in public health or policy-driven work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with data collection through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Conduct data cleaning and quality checks to ensure integrity.
• Use STATA to run statistical analyses and manage datasets.
• Support literature reviews and summarize academic and policy research.
• Develop research reports, data visualizations, and executive summaries.
• Help manage project timelines and coordinate research activities.
• Provide general analytical and administrative support to research teams.

Qualifications :

Proficiency in STATA and nVivo (required).
