Absolute Heating and Air is looking for a driven, personable, and tech-savvy Outside Sales Associate - HVAC Comfort Advisor in Morgantown, WV!

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

You'll dispatch directly from your home and head to job sites in the field. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM – 5 PM with some evening and weekend appointments required to meet client needs.

As our Outside Sales Associate - HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll work collaboratively with homeowners to design the perfect HVAC system tailored to their needs, wants, and lifestyle. You'll identify ways to improve air quality through upgrades like better filtration, humidification, UV lights, or duct cleaning-and you'll guide clients through the benefits of energy efficiency, tax credits, and overall home comfort. From eliminating hot and cold spots to sharing the environmental impact of smart upgrades, you'll serve as a trusted educator and solutionist. With high-level communication and a consultative approach, you'll walk homeowners through a journey that results in a more comfortable home and a happier life-all while continuously sharpening your skills through training and professional development.
