Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist – Catonsville, MD

In-Home ABA Therapy | Full-Time | $21.50–$26.00 / hr (based on experience & certification)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children build communication, social, and independence skills. We are seeking an RBT to deliver evidence-based therapy in the Catonsville, MD area.

Position Details

  • Setting : In-home ABA therapy
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, consistent daytime hours
  • Status : Full-time (30+ hours / week)
  • Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Compensation : $21.50–$26.00 / hr (based on experience & certification)

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting
  • Implement behavior and treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
  • Collect and record accurate session data using digital tools
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical supervisors
  • Maintain a positive, structured learning environment

    • Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual work habits
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to meet training and compliance requirements
