Hardware Electrical Engineering Lead

Experienced hands-on electrical engineer to perform high-speed electronic design and lead one or two projects. Technical leader will manage design projects (no direct people management) coordinate activities, keep timelines on track for deadlines, interface with internal departments, etc.

Qualified candidates will be knowledgeable of system level high-speed digital board design (16-20+ Gbps), are capable of performing hands-on activities and have strong project management skills. Duties and responsibilities include :

• Lead hardware development projects focusing on high speed serial data communication products
• Perform board and system level high speed digital circuit design, integration and evaluation
• Participate in system design and functionality
