Impact

Moloco is currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our collaborative team. This position reports to Corporate FP&A leadership and will have an active role in the monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Opportunity

• Actively collaborate with G&A and Marketing business leaders to assess needs and proactively identify and share short‑ and long‑term opportunities for improved financial performance and strategic decision making.
• Accelerate the growth of the business by identifying and implementing new opportunities and solutions for scalability, profitability, and defensibility of our business model.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial closes.
• Analyze actual financial results versus budget and prepare flux analysis to business leaders and senior management monthly.
• Maintain and improve detailed financial models that track and analyze key metrics and their impact on the company’s overall performance.
• Assist in budget and forecasting process.
• Assist with the preparation of annual financial plan.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and challenge the status quo.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

Base Pay Range : $118,400—$160,000 USD.
