Role Summary :
This is a leadership role for a systems-minded professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and innovation. You will oversee the configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of our software platforms, drive automation initiatives, and lead cross-functional efforts to enhance operational efficiency. You’ll also spearhead AI-related projects, including chatbot deployment, intelligent workflow automation, and data optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceTitan and other internal platforms to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Design and manage automation workflows across departments using tools like Zapier and AI APIs.
- Develop and execute AI-driven initiatives , such as intelligent customer communication systems, predictive analytics, and chatbot integrations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify process inefficiencies and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Create and maintain internal documentation , SOPs, and training materials to support software adoption and usage.
- Oversee testing, data validation, and troubleshooting during software rollouts and upgrades.
- Analyze user feedback and system performance to refine configurations and improve usability.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend tools that align with company goals.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field is a plus, but not required.3+ years of experience in software implementation, systems management, or process automation.Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar CRM / ERP platforms.Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Zapier) and basic scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, and JSON)Experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Google Cloud AI, etc.).Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and lead change across teams.Benefits & Perks :
