Our Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client is seeking dedicated, customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join their growing remote team. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this could be the perfect fit for you!

Some job details:

• Louisiana residents Only | $17/hr. + Weekly Pay & Benefits | Full-Time
• M–F (Must be able to work any 8-hr shift between 8A–10P EST)
• Equipment will be provided and shipped to your home
• Projected Start Date: Early January 2026

What You’ll Do:

• MUST BE OK WITH BOTH inbound and outbound follow-ups assisting with medically related inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits.
• Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy.
• Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines.

What We’re Looking For: 1 year of RECENT Medical Benefits or related experience (required – no exceptions!)

• Must have 1 year or more of RECENT Call Center experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy.
• Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup
• High-speed wired internet (hotspots not accepted)
• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
